Products are deemed refundable IF:
- Received an open product (leaking, cracked)
- Received wrong lip gloss order
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the delivery process, as we do not hand-deliver them ourselves (We wish we could!), but we understand it is not at the fault of the customer either. Reach out to us via email and we will work with you.
For a refund, we must have proof that the product was open, cracked, or leaked after you have opened it, or that the product itself was wrong on our end.
Please do consider an exchange, as we will be more than happy to send a new gloss to you as opposed to a refund.
